Erie Highlands is a beautiful new construction neighborhood in the city of Erie Colorado. Erie Highlands is a new subdivision that overlooks the Town of Erie. Construction started in late 2015 and homes are still being built within the subdivision. There are several new builds still available. In the past year there have only been 7 total sales with 9 active and available homes. The median price for the Erie Highlands is $465,000. Since most of the homes on the market are new construction the average time on market is higher than usual at 108 days. The neighborhood is zoned for Black Rock Elementary School and Erie Middle and High School.
