My name is Mark Riemer. I grew up and went to school in Maryland and studied Nursing. A couple years after college I took a travel nurse assignment in Colorado. I was here for two weeks and called my family, and said, “I’m not coming back”. I’ve been here, loving it, ever since. I have been a critical care nurse my entire career and worked as a Flight Nurse on an emergency medical helicopter since 2003.

I began my real estate career in 2000 when I purchased my first investment property. I have continued to manage a portfolio of personal rental properties ever since. In 2006, I became a licensed Real Estate Broker and began working with clients to buy, sell, and invest in real estate. I like that real estate is completely opposite from medicine but is a high priority for the happiness and success of many families. I treat both with the same level of attention and professionalism. I also strive for win-win negotiations to alleviate the stress that can sometimes come with a large transaction. When not at work, I like to run, mountain bike, dirt bike, ski, and do Crossfit with my wife and son. Our son is doing his best to see that fishing replaces all of those.
