Leanne Goff

In Memoriam

Leanne became a Realtor in 2008 and that same year she established her personal business. Over the years her business grew into her own Brokerage, TrailRidge Realtors. 

She served on the Board of Realtors at the Boulder Area Realtor Association, was the chair of the Young Professionals Committee, and was recognized as the Young Professional of the Year in 2013. Her drive to become the most affluent real estate professional was the reason she embarked upon her Master’s Degree in Real Estate. Leanne successfully finished her Master’s Degree in 2016 becoming the first professional in the State of Colorado to receive this accredited degree through the National Association of REALTORS.

Since finishing her degree, Leanne focused her time on growing her brokerage and caring for her young daughter, Alexis. She worked diligently to strengthen the relationships within her team while also establishing TrailRidge Realtors throughout the Boulder County community.

In 2016, Leanne was diagnosed with Glioblastoma brain cancer and thus began her heroic journey to heal this condition, despite being given six months to live. She undertook this sometimes gruesome process with the zest and positive outlook that was only found in Leanne’s kind and loving spirit. 

The community that Leanne built and nurtured for over a decade now gathered around her and helped her thrive in the midst of her battle with this aggressive brain cancer. After shocking doctors and nurses with positive developments for almost 2,5 years, she passed away in her home, surrounded by her family in the winter of 2019. 

She is greatly missed by all who knew her and continues to inspire TrailRidge Realty to provide the detail-oriented, individualized care for the home buyer or seller Leanne provided for every single one of her clients. 

Her vision to support the Lafayette community is being carried out by Drew Smith and other TrailRidge realtors. Because We <3 Lafayette.
