Leanne, Drew and the entire team at Trail Ridge are simply the best. They listen, take action and you will be so glad they are on your team. They took care of every little detail and really made us feel at ease in what can typically be a very stressful time. They are honest, hard working people and I think they may have super powers because they are everywhere you need them to be every time- they are truly amazing! I would highly recommend Trail Ridge Realty, and I have, I am positive it would be the smartest decision one could make. Thanks Leanne and Drew, you guys rock!!

My wife and I were first time home buyers working with Leanne and Drew. They paid close attention to what we wanted in a house and found us a spot that met our top priorities. They were there every step of the way from offer to closing, which is very important when you are not familiar with the process. They have continued to support us with our questions after move in and with great info on things like city incentives for home improvements.

Leanne and Drew made us feel comfortable and informed during a process that can feel very intimidating otherwise.
