Cross Creek doesn’t have a lot of turnover, so when it does the story is short and sweet. That says a lot about their neighborhood! There seems to be a pretty incredible connection among the residents to have so few people who move out of the area. The home on Larkspur Ct was the one that sold, which had plenty of gorgeous finishes! There were also 4 bedrooms upstairs, which is the ideal floor plan for most families. However, it backed to the road. This influence can be seen in the price per square foot after it sold, which was $129. That is rather low, but considering the location backing to 95th Street, it has a significant impact.
Considering the location this home on Larkspur sold very quickly. The offer was received after just 6 days on the market! That is exactly the result that a Seller needs in this market. Ideally the home should sell in the first weekend on the market. If not, people begin to question why it didn’t sell.
