Autumn has a strong background in sales, marketing, customer service and account management and is dedicated to providing unparalleled service to her clients. She finds it incredibly rewarding and is honored to be trusted to help her clients in this most important and often stressful life event.

Autumn resides in old town Lafayette with her 7 year old daughter, Parker and their cat, Princess. When she is not working she likes to spend time with her friends and family, curl up with a good book, practice yoga and Pilates, and have adventures with her daughter. Everyday she is thankful for living in such an incredibly beautiful place and wonderful community.

julie whalenI am Julie Whalen, born and raised in Northern New York. I moved to Colorado in 1991. Since 1991 I have lived in many parts of Colorado and have made  Lafayette my home since 2007. Lafayette offers a variety of events and activities for everyone. I personally enjoy the yoga community.  

I have spent 30 years working in the corporate world. My first college degree was in Medical Laboratory Technology providing me with a foundation for being highly organized working with precision and accuracy. These skills will be utilized when assisting Real estate clients to ensure that all the precise details of their transaction are met.  

My second degree was in Construction Management which is a professional service utilizing specialized project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project from beginning to end.  Construction Management has benefited the Fix and Flip and remodel  aspect of my Real Estate Investments. My understanding scope of work, costs and potential pitfalls of a construction project can also benefit my clients as they embark on their own investment properties.

My third degree was in Occupational Health and Safety Management.This knowledge enhanced my abilities to further manage Construction projects and organizations being able to continually improve performance and compliance to legislation, regulations and jullie whalenstandards.  In Real Estate I will continue to strive for excellence in adhering to the  specifications and guidelines of all Department of Regulatory Agencies as well as an elevated level of ethics as required by the Board of Realtors.  

In regards to Real Estate, I purchased my first property when I was 19 years old. I took the $6000 my grandfather left me and purchased a trailer. I made improvements on the trailer and two years later I sold that trailer for a profit. From that point on I had the “Investment Bug”. I have bought and sold 15 properties giving me the ability to spot a strong investment which will appreciate and return a profit. I also manage my own rental properties. With this experience I can help clients understand how to value potential rental income, how to generate high returns and how to navigate potential difficulties that may arise.

I recently decided to leave the corporate world and enhance my work in Real Estate as a Broker. With all the joy and success that I have had personally in Real Estate, my goal is to enrich people’s lives and experiences in their transactions and maximize their returns.

mark riemerMy name is Mark Riemer. I grew up and went to school in Maryland and studied Nursing. A couple years after college I took a travel nurse assignment in Colorado. I was here for two weeks and called my family, and said, “I’m not coming back”. I’ve been here, loving it, ever since. I have been a critical care nurse my entire career and worked as a Flight Nurse on an emergency medical helicopter since 2003.

I began my real estate career in 2000 when I purchased my first investment property. I have continued to manage a portfolio of personal rental properties ever since. In 2006, I became a licensed Real Estate Broker and began working with clients to buy, sell, and invest in real estate. I like that real estate is completely opposite from medicine but is a high priority for the happiness and success of many families. I treat both with the same level of attention and professionalism. I also strive for win-win negotiations to alleviate the stress that can sometimes come with a large transaction. If this sounds like the way you want to do business, I would like the opportunity to work with you or have you recommend me to one of your friends.

We use modern technology to research properties, market them for sale, and communicate in an efficient manner. When not at work, I like to run, mountain bike, dirt bike, ski, and do Crossfit with my wife and son. Our son is doing his best to see that fishing replaces all of those.

This week its all about training. Our goal is to provide tools that help agents become successful. Systems are hard to define and its our position that these systems can help agents become successful. They help define goals and set targets so that we can take our business from reactive to proactive! But without training on how to use these systems, or define them, then how does one even get started? We are here to provide that solution! Through teamwork, coaching and accountability we are ready to help agents reach their full potential and turn the corner in their real estate business. This isn’t just a hobby, or second job – its a career!

Part 2 – Systems in Place

Coaching

The TrailRidge office provides monthly coaching sessions with Clara Capano. These sessions are focused around the Ninja philosophy of selling, meaning thatwe plan for and listen to the needs of our clients. There are no pushy sales techniques. This is about scheduling time to generate business while keeping time for the execution of the business. Most important to the Ninja philospohy is creating space for one’s self and family, because balanced agent is more effective than an overworked real estate agent. Clara shares tips on mindset, philosophy, effective use of time and benchmarking to help us rise to our true potential as real estate professionals.

Teamwork

The best part of working on a cohesive team is the sharing of ideas and efforts. Knowing that we are all stronger together then we are alone is the cornerstone of our office. Teaming up on projects to include everyone provides inspiration driving team members onto success. We know that one person’s idea is made better with the feedback of others. This dynamic is focused on supporting one another to help create a cohesive team where everyone wins.

Accountability

If you love the ideas presented but don’t feel like you have the discipline to follow-through, know that you are not alone! We would all rather be hiking the trails or playing with the kids. However, to achieve that freedom we need to be financially solvent enough to relieve the stress and enjoy the experiences we crave. Avoiding the steps to achievement often just make you more stressed out! That is why we are here with a set of tools in the form of contests and goals to help you succeed. This isn’t a forced activity but a voluntary action on the agent’s part to participate in success under the guidance of a mentor.
