This month in Blue Heron there were no home sales. However, the demand is apparent in that of the 5 available homes in the market 3 of them are under contract. This is especially significant information because Blue Heron is know for having larger homes, which in Lafayette or East County Boulder tend to sell a bit slower than a more moderately sized home. Another way to say that is that in Lafayette CO the homes that are above $600,000-$650,000 tend to take a bit more time to sell than homes of lesser value; but that rule seems to be changing with lots of activity and movement in the high end properties! It will be especially interesting to see what the under contract properties ultimately sell for, and how quickly the two active properties go under contract.
