Blue Heron November 2016 Real Estate Update
As is typical during the Thanksgiving/ Christmas time-frame, there is no movement for Blue Heron real estate. There are still two active properties but nothing new has come on the market. Buyers are bundling up as the cold weather rolls in, decorations go up and Christmas break trips get scheduled. The good news is, many folks make a new years resolution to move in 2017 so both the gym membership and real estate offers pick up significantly right after the New Year and continue to rise (well, real estate does, not as much in the gym memberships) through June.
