There are a total of 4 homes currently active in Blue Heron and 2 of those are under contract. 1779 Poppy Court was priced aggressively $128/total square foot and took only 5 days to get under contract. 2421 Ginny Way was price above average for all similar homes in Louisville and Lafayette at $173/total square foot and took 3 weeks to get under contract. The two homes that are still available are priced above this average but are beautiful, large homes and should find a lucky buyer soon.
