efaaThe buyers of 1034 N Logan 3E in Denver know how important it is to support community members in need of emergency assistance.  Because of this they used their non-profit donation for EFAA.

Since 1918, EFAA has been a locally operated community safety net for families in times of need.  EFFA helps families in need of food, shelter and other basic needs.  They also support their efforts for financial stability by connecting participants with community resources that empower them.  EFFA operates 58 units of short-term and transitional housing for families in crisis.  They also assist with rent, transportation and minor medical bills.  Part of EFAA’s mission is to give the children of these families the opportunity to strive.
